Getting Started

Simple! 1) Fill out our quote form or text us. 2) We'll contact you within 24 hours to schedule a free walk-through. 3) We tour your space (in-person or video) and provide a transparent quote. 4) You approve the price, then we schedule your cleaning. No surprises, no pressure!

We respond within 24 hours, but usually much faster! Most quote requests get a response within a few hours during business hours. We know you're excited to get your space fresh and clean.

We serve New Braunfels and surrounding areas within about 15 miles, including Gruene, Canyon Lake, Seguin, and nearby neighborhoods. Not sure if we cover your area? Just text us your address and we'll let you know!

Often, yes! We try to accommodate same-day requests when we have availability. Text us at (830) XXX-XXXX to check current openings. Airbnb turnarounds especially benefit from our quick response times.

Pricing & Payment

Every space is unique! Factors like size, layout, current condition, and specific needs all affect pricing. We provide quotes after seeing your space to ensure you get fair, accurate pricing that matches your exact needs.

Absolutely not! The price you approve during the walk-through is exactly what you'll pay. No surprise charges, no hidden fees, no last-minute add-ons. We believe in complete transparency.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments through our secure Stripe system. You can pay online before service or at the time of cleaning. We don't accept cash or checks.

You can choose to pay when you approve the quote or at the time of service. We'll send you a secure Stripe payment link after your walk-through. Payment is required before we begin cleaning.

Yes! Clients who book weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service receive preferred pricing. Regular clients help us plan better routes and build lasting relationships, so we pass those savings on to you.

Service Details

Yes! We bring all professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. You don't need to provide anything. We use eco-friendly products where they're equally effective, but our priority is getting your space truly clean.

Our standard service includes: all bedrooms (beds made, surfaces dusted, floors cleaned), living areas (vacuumed, dusted, organized), kitchen (counters, appliances, sink, floors), bathrooms (toilets, showers, mirrors, floors), trash removal, and high-touch surface sanitizing.

It depends on your space! Houses typically take 3-6 hours, apartments/condos take 2-4 hours, and Airbnb turnarounds take 1.5-3 hours. We'll give you a time estimate during your walk-through.

Regular cleaning maintains cleanliness with our standard checklist. Deep cleaning includes extra attention to baseboards, inside appliances, detailed scrubbing, and areas that aren't part of regular maintenance. We'll discuss what your space needs during the walk-through.

Policies & Guarantees

We'll come back within 48 hours and re-clean any areas you're not satisfied with—completely free. Your happiness is our guarantee. We're not satisfied until you are!

We're working on it! Insurance and bonding are expected to be in place by July 2025. Until then, we're a new local business building our reputation one clean at a time. Our liability is capped at the service fee.

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a $25 fee to cover our scheduling and preparation costs.

While we're extremely careful, accidents can happen. We'll work with you to make things right. Once we're bonded in July 2025, we'll have comprehensive coverage. Until then, we handle issues case-by-case with honesty and fairness.

Special Situations

Pets are totally welcome! We just ask that you secure them in a safe space during cleaning for their safety and ours. We're experienced with pet hair removal and pet-friendly cleaning around food and water bowls.

It's up to you! Many clients prefer to be out during cleaning, while others like to be available for questions. We're comfortable working either way. We'll discuss access and security during your walk-through.

Absolutely! During the walk-through, point out any areas needing extra attention, special instructions, or specific products to avoid. We customize each cleaning to your needs and preferences.

Tips aren't expected but are always appreciated! Our pricing includes fair compensation for quality work. If you're happy with our service, a positive review helps us more than anything.

We work most holidays except major ones like Christmas and New Year's Day. Holiday cleaning is perfect for getting ready for guests or recovering after parties! Check with us for holiday availability.
